摘要 建立了保健食品中有机硒和无机硒分离和测定的方法。以富硒酵母粉为研究对象,通过超声提取、离心分离、环己烷萃取进行有机硒和无机硒的分离,再通过用硝酸-高氯酸的混合酸进行湿法消解,6 mol/L的盐酸进行还原,再用原子荧光光谱法进行分析测定。并通过对前处理条件以及仪器条件进行对比探究,选择出最优条件及参数。对标准曲线线性、检出限、精密度、加标回收率有关的方法学进行了研究。测定结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数大于0.998,精密度低于3.8%,加标回收率在95%-105%。实验结果表明:该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确、回收率好,适用于保健品中有机硒和无机硒的分离测定。 A method for the separation and determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in health food was established. The selenium enriched yeast powder as the research object, separation of organic selenium and inorganic selenium by ultrasonic extraction, centrifugal separation and cyclohexane extraction. The mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid is used for wet digestion, 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid was reduced. The analysis was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. And through the comparison of the pretreatment conditions and the conditions of the instrument, the optimal conditions and parameters are selected. Methods for linear, detection limit, precision and recovery rate of standard curve were studied. Test results show that, the linear correlation coefficient of the method was more than 0.998, the precision of the method was less than 3.8%, and the recovery rate was 95%~105%. Experimental results show that the method is simple, fast, sensitive, accurate, and can be used in the separation of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in health products.
