三维电极-紫外光氧化法降解水中碱性品绿 被引量:2

摘要 在自制电化学反应器中,进行三维电极-紫外光氧化法对碱性品绿溶液色度去除的实验,分析电解质投加量、电极间距、电压、初始pH、曝气量等因素对碱性品绿脱色率的影响,并对比了紫外光氧化法、二维电极法、三维电极法、三维电极-紫外光氧化法在相同条件下对碱性品绿的去除效果。结果表明,三维电极-紫外光氧化法处理碱性品绿的优化工艺条件为:电解质Na_2SO_4投加量1 g/L,主电极极间距7 cm,电压15 V,初始p H为3,曝气体积流量13L/min。在此优化条件下,碱性品绿的脱色率达到99.44%,明显优于其他方法。三维电极-紫外光氧化法能够有效降解废水中的有机物,对碱性品绿的处理效果较好。 In the self-made electrochemical reactor, the influences of electrolyte additive quantity, electrode gap, voltage, initial pH, aeration and other factors on decolorization rate of malachite green were investigated through the experiment of removal chroma by the three dimensional electrode- ultraviolet light catalysis. And comparative experiments of the ultraviolet light oxidation, two-dimensional electrode method, the three-dimensional electrode method, the three-dimensional electrode-ullraviolet light oxidation in the same conditions for removal effect of malachite green were investigated. The results showed, that, the optimal conditions of disposing malachite green by three dimensional electrode-ultraviolet light oxidation were 1 g/L of electrolyte NazSO4, 7 cm of electrode gap, 15 V of voltage, 3 of initial pH, 13 L/min of aeration volume flux. Under the optimized conditions, the malachite green decoloring rate reached 99.44% which was obviously superior to other methods. The three dimensional electrode-ultraviolet light oxidation could effectively degrade organic matter in wastewater and its treatment effect of malachite green was better.
