Analysis and Evaluation of Energy Saving about Accurate Aeration Control Technology in A^2/O Process

摘要 采用传统曝气和精确曝气控制A^2/O工艺中的曝气系统。研究结果表明,精确曝气控制模式优于传统曝气,能够精确控制好氧池的DO含量,DO的质量浓度精确到1.9~2.2 mg/L,稳定度DK_2接近100%,正、负偏移率降低到0,离散度大幅度降低。此外,精确曝气与传统曝气相比能耗节约17.3%,且出水TN含量明显降低。 The DO content in aerobic tank of A2/O process was controlled by the traditional aeration and the exact aeration, respectively. The exact aeration was proved to be better than the exact aeration. It showed that, under exact aeration, the variation range, was precise enough to 1.9-2.2 mg/L, the stability (DK2) approached 100% and the positive and negative deviation ratio of the DO was reduced to 0, respectively. Besides, the dispersion of DO declined by a large margin. Moreover, compared with the traditional aeration, the energy consumption reduced by approximately 17.3% and the TN content of producing water declined obviously, too.
