摘要
针对我司生产用胶料托盘的修复办法进行了创新,利用自行设计制造的电动液压胶料托盘校正装置成功的实现了胶料托盘修复的机械化,减轻了工人的劳动强度、极大的提高了维修效率、减少了报废、节约了生产成本,并且降低了维修现场环境噪音污染。
In view of the rubber tray repair method to carry on the innovation and implement mechanization of rubber tray repair with using electric hydraulic rubber tray calibration device that we own design and manufacture. It can reduce the labor intensity, improve the maintenance efficiency greatly, reduce scrap, save production costs, and reduce the environmental noise pollution of maintenance site.
