重庆建设国家中心城市的职能比较研究

Comparative Study of National Center City Functions for Chongqing＇ s Construction

本文从国家中心城市社会经济发展特征出发，提出了建设国家中心城市必须具备的核心职能，重点从5个功能、16个特征提出了24项国家中心城市的职能指标体系，并实际运用该体系开展了重庆与北京、天津、上海、广州、成都、西安等其他城市的比较研究，明确提出了重庆未来具体的发展路径和规划策略。

Based on the social and economic characteristics of a national center city, this study puts forward the core functions that a national center city must have as well as 24 function indexes from the aspects of 5 functions and 16 characteristics. With the indexes, a comparative study is carried out between Chongqing and other cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Xi＇an. It is aimed to provide a clear development path and specific planning strategy for chongqing＇s construction.
