摘要
目的研究硝酸甘油治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法 40例肾结石患者,将硝酸甘油软膏涂于主要穴位,通过B型超声波、肾盂静脉造影、尿常规、肾功能检查等,观察治疗效果。结果通过硝酸甘油治疗后,40例肾结石患者中,治愈7例,占17.5%;显效11例,占27.5%;有效17例,占42.5%;无效5例,占12.5%;治疗总有效率为87.5%。结论硝酸甘油对治疗肾结石有一定的临床作用,为临床用药提供依据。
Objective To research clinical effect by nitroglycerin in the treatment of kidney stone.Methods A total of 40 patients with kidney stone received nitroglycerin on main acupuncture points,along with B ultrasound,pelvis venography,urine routine,and renal function test for curative effect observation.Results After nitroglycerin treatment,among the 40 patients there were 7 cured cases,accounting for 17.5%,11 excellent cases,accounting for 27.5%,17 effective cases,accounting for 42.5%,and 5 ineffective cases,accounting for 12.5%.Total effective rate of treatment was 87.5%.Conclusion Nitroglycerin contains certain clinical effect in treating kidney stone,and it provides reference for clinical medication.
