Objective To research analgesic effect by dezocine combined with lidocaine and levobupivacaine applied in brachial plexus nerve block. Methods A total of 80 patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade upper limb surgery were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.Group A received 30 ml of 5 mg dezocine + 1% lidocaine + 0.25% levobupivacaine for anesthesia, and group B received 30 ml of 1% lidocaine + 0.25% levobupivacaine for anesthesia.Anesthesia onset time, anesthesia maintenance time and adverse reactions were recorded for comparison. Results Group A had obviously longer anesthesia maintenance time as(16.46±3.24) h than(8.62±2.48) h in group B(P〈0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of anesthesia onset time and adverse reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Combination of dezocine, lidocaine and levobupivacaine can prolong anesthesia maintenance time in brachial plexus nerve block, and it is worth clinical application.
