摘要
目的评价完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)和经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)两种术式治疗原发性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法 87例原发性腹股沟疝患者,随机分为TEP组(39例)与TAPP组(48例),均给予相应治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组手术时间[(62±15)min VS(60±14)min]、术中出血量[(7.1±1.4)ml VS(6.7±1.1)ml]、住院时间[(3.3±1.2)d VS(3.5±1.4)d]、暂时性疼痛(0例VS 1例)、尿潴留(1例VS 0例)、阴囊血肿(1例VS 1例)及复发情况(0例VS 0例)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种术式临床疗效无显著差异,均为有效、安全的治疗方案。
Objective To evaluate clinical effects by totally extraperitoneal prosthesis（TEP） and transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy（TAPP） in the treatment of primary inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 87 patients with primary inguinal hernia were randomly divided into TEP group（39 cases） and TAPP group（48 cases）,and they received respective treatment.Curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference of operation time [（62±15） min VS（60±14） min],intraoperative bleeding volume [（7.1±1.4） ml VS（6.7±1.1） ml],hospital stay time [（3.3±1.2） d VS（3.5±1.4） d],temporary pain（0 VS 1 case）,uroschesis（1 case VS 0）,scrotum hematoma（1 case VS 1 case） and recurrence（0 VS 0） between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion No significant difference of clinical effect between the two surgery shows them as effective and safe treatment measures.
