改良激光多普勒血流仪检测牙髓活力的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的验证改良激光多普勒血流仪(LDF)在检测牙髓活力方面的应用。方法选择28例自愿者的上前牙健康齿作为检测牙,制作个别甲冠以固定血流仪探头。使用常规和改良激光多普勒血流仪对牙髓血流进行检测,对两组测量结果进行分析。结果有橡皮障的牙齿的频率范围在2.0 k Hz和7.0 k Hz之间:4.0 k Hz(2.0 k Hz)。没有橡皮障的频率范围为4.0 k Hz和14.0 k Hz:10.0 k Hz(2.0 k Hz)。有橡皮障牙齿的频率的降低48.9%(21.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,Wilcoxon’s signed rank test)。应用橡皮障,牙齿血流的减少64.6%(15.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,Wilcoxon’s signed rank test)。结论改良激光多普勒血流仪在牙髓血流方面比常规血流仪有较强的检测能力,有推广价值。
