57例急性心肌梗死的护理分析

Nursing analysis of 57 acute myocardial infarction cases

目的探讨急性心肌梗死的护理措施。方法 57例急性心肌梗死患者,入院后均给予早期诊断、积极救治、合理治疗,有效护理,并做好康复期及出院指导,观察其护理效果。结果对患者出院后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月进行随访,57例急性心肌梗死患者中,52例抢救成功,出院后生活自理,5例住院期间死亡,其中2例心源性休克死亡,2例室颤死亡,1例出院后2周心脏骤停死亡。救治成功率为91.2%。结论急性心肌梗死患者入院后早期诊断、积极救治、合理治疗,并采取有效的护理措施,能提高抢救成功率,收到良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate nursing measures for acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 57 patients with acute myocardial infarction received early diagnosis,active rescue,rational treatment and effective nursing after admission,along with guidance in recovery and discharge.Their nursing effects were observed.Results Follow-up was taken in 2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge.There were 52 successfully rescued and self-care cases among 57 patients,5 death cases during hospitalization,including 2 cardiogenic shock death cases,2 ventricular fibrillation death cases and 1 sudden cardiac arrest death case after 2 weeks of discharge.Success rescue rate was 91.2%.Conclusion Early diagnosis,active rescue,rational treatment and effective nursing measures for acute myocardial infarction patients can improve success rate of rescue and provide remarkable curative effect.
