马缨丹入侵对根际和非根际土壤理化性质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Lantana camara Invasion on Soil Physical-chemical Properties in Rhizosphere and Non-rhizosphere Zone

摘要 通过野外样方试验,研究了马缨丹入侵对根际、非根际的土壤养分、土壤酶活性、土壤微生物生物量与土壤微生物功能多样性的影响效应。结果表明:马缨丹的入侵提高了土壤的有机质、全氮、全钾、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾和微生物生物量碳、氮、磷的含量,同时显著提高了土壤的脲酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、过氧化氢酶活性以及土壤微生物群落的代谢活性、碳源利用率和多样性指数,并且其对根际土壤的促进作用高于非根际土壤。 The effects of L.camora invasion on rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil nutrients,soil enzyme activities,microbial biomass with microbial functional diversity were studied by quadrat experiment in the field.The experimental results showed that the invasion of L.cwnara significantly improved the content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total potassium,nitrogen,available phosphorus,potassium and microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus.At the same time,the invasion significantly improved the activity of soil urease,protease,sucrosemetabolic, cellulase, catalase and the metabolic activity, carbon source utilization and diversity index of soil microbial community.The promoting effect was higher on the rhizospheric soil than on the non-rhizospheric soil (bulk soil).
