固相萃取-气相色谱法测定农田沟渠水中6种有机磷农药

Determination of 6 Kinds of Organic Phosphorus Pesticides in Irrigation Ditch Water by Solid Phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography

建立了气相色谱法测定农田沟渠水中6种有机磷农药残留的分析方法.HLB小柱富集沟渠水中6种有机磷农药,气相色谱-火焰光度检测器（FPD）分析,外标法定量.结果表明：添加0.01-1.00 mg/L浓度水平时,6种有机磷农药加标回收率在75.6%~86.4%之间,相对标准偏差（RSD）在4.2%-7.6%之间.方法检出限（S/N=3）在0.001-0.003 mg/L之间,该方法简单快速,回收率高,可用于农田沟渠水中痕量有机磷农药的测定,满足我国《生活饮用水卫生标准》（GB 5749-2006）的检测要求.

A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in irrigation ditch water.Vsing HLB cartridge enrichment six kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in ditch water,gas phase chromatography with flame photometric detector （FPD）and external standard method for quantitative analysis.The results showed that when the concentration of 0.01 - 1.00 mg/L was added, the recoveries of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides were between 75.6%-86.4%, and the relative standard deviation （RSD） was between 4.2%-7.6%. Detection limit of the method （S/N=3） were between 0.001 -0.003 mg/L.The method is simple, rapid, high recovery rate,it can be used for farmland ditch water trace organophosphorns pesticides determination and meet China＇s ＂drinking water health standards＂ （GB 5749-2006） detection requirements.
