遵义市《畜禽标识和养殖档案管理办法》实施情况及对策

Implement Situation and Countermeasure About Animal Identification Mark and Archives Administration Management Method in Zunyi City

贵州省遵义市通过对家畜家禽建立养殖档案、防疫档案,对免疫动物加挂免疫标识,使《畜禽标识和养殖档案管理办法》得到有效贯彻落实,建立起了动物生命全周期可追溯机制,完善了动物疫病的防治模式,保障了食品安全,对人民群众的健康和社会的稳定发挥了较大作用,但在具体实施过程中,还存在5个方面问题,针对存在的问题提出了6个方面的改进对策。

The management method about animal identification mark and archives administration in Zunyi City was implemented.It not only promoted working ability of local veterinarian and established trace-ability mechanism about life cycle of animal ,but also improved prevention and treatment mode of local animal diseases ,in order to ensure food safety.It plays a very important role in people＇s health and social stability.But there were some problems in the implementation process.The countermeasures to improve the management method about identification mark and archives administration of animal were also proposed.
