摘要
针对管线钢和钢管落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)出现的异常断口进行了分析研究,提出了DWTT断口和异常断口的分类方法,形成异常断口评判方法,部分成果被纳入国家和行业标准,应用于高钢级管线钢和钢管异常断口的分析评价。
This paper introduced the latest research results on analysis and assessment for Drop Weight Tear Test( DWTT) abnormal fracture of pipeline steels and pipes. It is proposed that classification and assessment methods of DWTT fracture surface including abnormal fracture. The research results has been adopted in related national and industry standards,and used for the analysis and assessment of DWTT abnormal fracture of high strength pipeline steels and pipes.
