摘要
通过对某公司的气瓶管样品进行宏观分析、无损检测、理化性能、金相及断口微观分析,发现气瓶管裂纹是由无缝钢管热轧过程中的折叠缺陷引起,气瓶生产收底过程中,折叠缺陷进一步扩展,最终导致气瓶管开裂。并对该批无缝钢管的质量检验以及热轧工艺提出建议。
Through visual inspection,non-destructively test,physical and chemical analysis,metallographic examination,and fraction surface analysis of the crack in the gas cylinder body,it was found that the crack was caused by folding defect during hot rolling process of seamless steel pipe. At the end of cylinder production,the folding defect expanded further to lead to the cylinder cracking. Some suggestions were given to the same batch seamless pipequality inspection and hot rolling technique.
