网络反腐中的个人信息保护——兼论域外立法实践及对我国的启示

Some issues about the personal imformation protection under the network anti-corruption environment

网络反腐是一种信息时代的新型反腐形式,本文试图阐述个人信息保护的范畴及网络反腐环境下我国个人信息保护的制度困境及危机,通过对比介绍域外网络反腐与个人信息保护的立法、理论与实践和提出相关建议,力求对我国完善个人信息保护立法提供参考。

Network Anti-corruption is a new form of Anti-corruption in the information age, this article attempts to elaborate institutional crisis of protection of personal imformation under the network anti-corruption environment. Also we make a comparison of the network anti-corruption legislation and the protection of personal information theory and practice between two different countries and give some advice to the information protection legislation of China.
