激发科技社团发展活力的对策研究

科技社团作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,在我国的科技、经济、社会发展中发挥重要的作用,但随着经济体制改革,科技社团已显现出活力不足与市场经济不相适应的现象。本文通过对科技社团发展活力的研究,找到影响和制约科技社团发展活力的原因,并在此基础上,提供了对策建议,以达到激发科技社团发展活力的目的。

Association of science and technology, as an important part of national innovation system of science and technology, is playing an important role in the development of China＇s science, technology, and economic. But with the reform of economic system, the shortcoming that the science and technology community is lack of vitality and not adapt to the market economy has emerged. Based on the research of vitality of science and Technology Association, this article is to find the reasons for the influence and restriction of the development of science and technology associations, and provide the countermeasures and suggestions in order to achieve the purpose of stimufating the development of science and technology associations.
