摘要
本文通过分析会展企业传统经营模式的弊端,将O2O模式与传统会展商业模式相结合,提出了基于O2O模式的现代会展企业概念模型,并结合阿里会展公司案例,分析该模型的优势,为我国会展企业商业模式创新提供些许参考。
Through an analysis of the shortcomings of traditional operation models of exhibition companies, this article combines the 020 model with traditional operation models of exhibition business, and proposes a conceptual model of modern exhibition companies based on theO2O model. With a study of the business case of Ali Exhibition Company, it also analyzes the advantages of this model , and provides some references to the business model innovation of China's exhibition companies.
