摘要
目前,全球正面临着环境污染、资源短缺、能源供应紧张等诸多不利因素,再制造和循环利用在这一背景下就显得尤为重要。本文以再制造发动机项目的时间管理为研究对象,以工作分解结构方法(WBS)为理论分析主线,以SH汽车制造企业为实践主体,以再制造技术为支撑,对发动机再制造项目整个过程的时间管理进行分析,旨在合理配置时间,安排工期,优化流程,最终实现复原工作性能上达到新机质量和技术标准的发动机。
Currently, the world is suffering from environmental pollution, shortage of resources, energy supply tension and other negative factors, remanufacturing and recycling being more important in this context. In this paper, the research object is the time management of remanufactured engine project, the main line of theoretical analysis is Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the main practice of the subject is SH automobile manufacturing enterprises, based on the remanufacturing technology, analyze the time management of the entire process about engine remanufacturing project . aimed to configuring the time legitimately, arranging work period, optimizing processes, at last to devise a engineer that recovery working performance reach new machine quality and technical standards.
