The smart phone has a profound impact on the study, life, social interaction and thought of the contemporary college students. This effect is mainly achieved through all kinds of app. In the college students＇ mobile phone apps, it is the social kind that ranked in the first place, while the learning kind ranking later. The number and type of the learning app is not enough to meet the needs of students, so we should increase the intensity of learning app development.
