摘要
学生创新能力的培养需要教师职业群体形成与培养文化创新者相适应的"创新型教师文化"。然而既有教师文化是与培养文化传承者相适应的"适应型教师文化"。基于学生创新能力培养的教师文化重构需要:通过互动式教师培训,激发教师对已有观念的质疑和反思;建立支持性的管理和评价体制,增强教师的创新意识;重视教学改革,提升教师培养学生创新能力的行动力。
The cultivation of students' innovative ability need the teacher group to form the culture of In- novative Teachers, which adapt to cultivate cultural innovators. But now the Adaptation Teacher Culture is to cultivate inheritor of cultural. Under the cultivation of students' innovative ability, teacher culture rebuilding need take the following measures. Firstly, stimulate teachers' reflection and reconstruction of their existing concepts by the interactiye teacher training. Secondly, enhance creativity of teachers by build supportive management and evaluation system. Finally, pay attention to teaching reform to enhance teachers' ability in execution that cultivate students' ability to innovate.
