摘要
糖尿病与结核病均给人类健康带来严重的威胁,一些低-中等收入国家有着两种疾病共存的高疾病负担。随着两者之间的关系逐渐被认识,对于两种疾病双重罹患的联合防控将成为另一项全世界关注的重大公共卫生挑战。本研究从糖尿病与结核病的流行现状、双重罹患的相互关系以及联合防控的策略措施等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
Both diabetes mellitus （DM） and tuberculosis （TB） are serious threats to human health. However, the high co- prevalence of two diseases is found in some low-middle income countries. The link between DM and TB has been gradually recognized now. Furthermore, the joint prevention and control of DM and TB might be another worldwide public health challenge. This paper summarizes the epidemiology of DM and TB and the progress in research of the co-prevalence and joint management of two diseases.
