摘要
目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)冻融周期胚胎移植时间对临床妊娠率的影响。方法将361个冻融移植周期按移植日的月经时间分为三组:1组:移植日≤月经周期第14天;2组:移植日介于月经周期第15至第24天之间;3组:移植日≥月经周期第25天,比较三组间临床妊娠率的差异。再将每组细分为自然周期组(a组)和替代周期组(b组),分别命名为1a、1b、2a、2b、3a、3b小组,进行组内和组间比较。结果 2、3组与1组比较,临床妊娠率显著升高(P<0.05);2b、3b小组与1b小组比较,临床妊娠率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论月经周期第14天内移植冻融胚胎临床妊娠率降低;替代周期组在月经周期第15天后移植有利于获得更高的临床妊娠率。
Objectives:To investigate the influence of the day of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in menstrual cycle on clinical pregnancy rate in in vitro fertilization Embryo transfer. Methods:361 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles were analyzed retrospectively. Cases were divided into 3 groups according to the day of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in menstrual cycle(Group 1:≤ 14 days;Group 2:15 to 24 days;Group 3:≥25 days),and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between groups. Then sub-divided each group into natural cycle sub-group(a)and estrogen replacement cycle sub-group(b),named Sub-group 1a,1b,2a,2b,3a,3b,and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between sub-groups. Results:There was a significant increase in clinical pregnancy rate in Group 2 and Group 3 when compared with those in Group 1(P〈0.05). There was a significant increase in clinical pregnancy rate in Sub-group 2b and Sub-group 3b when compared with those in Sub-group 1b(P〈0.05). Conclusions:1. Clinical pregnancy rate was low when the day of frozen-thawed embryo transfer was ≤menstrual cycle 14 days. 2. Clinical pregnancy rate was high when the day of frozen-thawed embryo transfer of estrogen replacement cycle was ≥ menstrual cycle 15 days.
