电针联合COX-2抑制剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评价及对IL-6和IL-8表达的影响

Effect of Electric Acupuncture plus Cyclooxygenase-2 Inhibitors on Clinical Efficacy,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨电针配合COX-2抑制剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)的临床疗效评价及对IL-6和IL-8水平的影响。方法:将100例LIDH患者随机分为对照组(A组)、电针配合COX-2抑制剂组(B组),每组各50例。治疗前及治疗2周后,采用目测类比评分法(VAS)、中医病证诊断疗效标准分别对患者疼痛和临床疗效进行评定;同时检测治疗前、疗程结束时患者血液中IL-6和IL-8的含量;分析治疗前后各检测指标之间变化。结果:止痛效果和临床疗效B组高于A组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血液中IL-6和IL-8含量均下降,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组治疗后血液中IL-6和IL-8含量下降高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合COX-2抑制剂能显著改善LIDH的症状,并提高患者的临床疗效;IL-6和IL-8含量变化与LIDH患者症状体征量化评分具有明显相关性。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of electric acupuncture （EA） plus cyclooxygenase - 2 （ COX - 2 ） inhibitors on clinical efficacy, IL - 6 and IL - 8 levels in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Metbods：100 patients with LIDH were randomly divided into a control group （group A, 50 cases） and an EA plus COX -2 inhibitor group （group B, 50 cases）. The pain sense and clinical efficacy were com- pared before and after treatment by using the visual analogue scale （VAS） and Chinese disease diagnosis stand- ard, respectively. Moreover, the levels of IL -6 and IL -8 were also assessed. Results：The analgesic effect and clinical efficacy in group B were better than those in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The IL - 6 and IL - 8 levels were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The contents of serum IL -6 and IL -8 in group B were lowered than those in group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： EA plus COX - 2 inhibitors can signifi- candy improve the symptoms and clinical efficacy in patients with LIDH. The changes of IL - 6 and IL - 8 con- tents are associated with the quantitative score of symptoms and signs in LIDH patients.
