摘要
民族地区义务教育学校标准化建设已开展多年,目前在办学规模、装备配备和师资队伍方面已取得一定的成就。但同时也存在着设备使用率低、师资问题严峻、薄弱学校仍然薄弱、学校建设趋向统一等问题。民族地区义务教育学校只有解决师资问题,进一步完善学校建设的标准,注重以结果为导向的教育质量评价,走特色标准化之路,才能创建更多的优质学校,从而实现义务教育的均衡发展。
The construction of standardized schools for compulsory education in ethnic areas has been carried out for many years. At present,certain achievements have been made in school-running scale,equipment and teaching staff. But there are also some problems such as low equipment utilization,a serious shortage of teachers,the weak schools still remaining weak,and the tendency of unified school construction.Compulsory education schools in ethnic regions should solve problem of teachers,further improve the standard of school construction, focus on results-oriented education quality evaluation, and take the road of characteristic standardization so as to build more quality schools and realize a balanced development of compulsory education.
