摘要
"一带一路"南亚大通道建设构想使中国西藏的枢纽地位不断凸显。其中,良好的经济文化交流环境决定着南亚通道的质量。在构建良好发展环境的过程中,发展作为文化传递、交流和互鉴之载体的教育,其意义显得尤为重大。因此,关注西藏边境地区教育发展势在必行。然而,有关西藏边境地区教育的传统研究,在价值取向、问题视角及研究方法方面都没有相对独立的研究,更是缺乏文化立场的关照。本文从教育人类学的视野出发,尝试提出西藏边境地区教育研究的转向。
The plan of constructing the South Asian Channel of "the Belt and Road"has constantly highlighted the pivot position of Tibet,and the quality of the channel relies on a good economic and cultural exchange environment. In constructing the environment,it is very significant to develop education which is the carrier of cultural transmission,communication and mutual learning. Therefore,it is imperative to pay a close attention to educational development in Tibetan border areas. However,traditional studies on educational development in these areas heavily relied on the studies of commerce economy and frontier politics in aspects of value orientation,perspective and research method,without relatively independent researches,let alone the concern for cultural position. So,in this paper it is pointed out that the direction of educational research in these areas should be changed in the perspective of educational anthropology.
