西方教育领导理论的进展及其对中国的启示 被引量:2

The Progresses of the Western Educational Leadership Theories and the Enlightenment to China

摘要 进入21世纪以来,西方国家涌现出一批新的教育领导理论。通过对近十几年的西方教育领导理论进行总结梳理,本文着重介绍了以下五种理论:分散式教育领导理论、价值本位教育领导理论、社区营造教育领导理论、社会公平教育领导理论以及跨文化、多元文化教育领导理论,并分析其主要特征以及对中国的启示。 A batch of new educational leadership theories have sprung up in Western countries since the 21 st century. Through summarizing the educational leadership theories in the recent ten years,the paper focuses on introducing the following five theories: distributed educational leadership theory,value-based educational leadership theory,community building educational leadership theory,social justice educational leadership theory and cross-cultural / multicultural educational leadership theory,and analyses their main features and the enlightenment to China.
