“小区”与“小街区”居住模式比较研究

A Comparative Study of the Living Pattern of Residential Quarter and Small Street Blocks

小区模式是我国城市住区规划的主要模式,通常强调封闭、独立,与城市是一种相对隔离的关系。小街区模式,是近年来在我国逐渐开始出现的居住模式,强调居住与城市关系更为融合。本文将以大连"幸福e家"和"星海人家"两个住区为例,从两种住区的理论来源与实践发展、道路交通系统、公共空间与公共服务设施三个方面进行对比研究,通过实际调研住区居民使用感受,来探寻适合我国城市建设的住区规划策略。

Housing estate is the main form of the residential planning in contemporary China. It＇s usually a kind of isolation to the city in a way which emphasizing closing and introvert. Housing block is another form of the residential planning which gradually appears in recent years in China, usually emphasizing the relationship between blocks and the city. This thesis will take ＂xing fu e jia＂ subdistrict and ＂Xing hai ren jia ＂block as examples to research suitable planning strategy for China＇s urban construction in aspects of theoretical sources and practice development, road and traffic system, public space and public service facilities by practical investigation.
