北京市既有社区小规模多功能照料服务设施设计研究

The Design of Small Scale Multi-functional Care Service Facilities in Beijing's Existing Residential Quarters

老龄化、家庭结构的小型化、空巢化的趋势导致了传统的家庭养老模式受到严峻挑战。社区作为老年人生活最主要的场所,服务设施成为支持老年人日常生活的最主要的载体,社区服务设施配置是否适应老年人的需求是决定老年人日常生活质量的关键。本文基于对北京市既有社区的大量调研数据、已建成的社区服务设施空间模式的剖析和资源整合构建的思考,从适老性角度提出优化配置现有养老生活照料设施的设计要点。

The trend of aging, miniaturization of family structure, empty nest has led to the traditional family pension mode befaced with severe challenges. Since community actas the most important place for the elder, service facilities become the main carrier of supporting the elders＇ everyday life. And community service facilities configuration whether to meet the needs of the elders is also a key to the quality of the elders＇ daily life. Based on a large number of data of investigation in Beijing existing communities and analysis of community service facilities spatial pattern which has been completed and thinking of integration and construction of resource, this article proposed design points of optimal allocation of the existing pension life care facilities from the point of view of the old fitness.
