摘要 建筑数字技术发展历史表明应兼顾建筑师的设计习惯和计算机技术的优势;计算机3D建模和3D打印被视为十年来最重要的原型化技术;城市集合住宅原型由家庭模式决定,实践了城市集合住宅尤其是小户型的数字化方案技术;住宅资源数字平台将在住宅设计服务中发挥重要作用。 The development history of construction digital technologies emphasized the value of both the experience in architect's design and the advantages of computer technology. Computer 3D modeling and 3D printing technologies are considered the most important prototyping technologies at least the past decade. It implements digital technology in urban housing program. It illustrates residential resource digital platform would play an important role in the process of residential design.
