电梯责任保险的风险管理模式探究

Study on Risk Management of Elevator Liability Insurance

以电梯责任险为切入点，对电梯责任险全寿命周期内的风险进行管理研究，首先运用供应链风险分析的方法研究其风险相关性，其次运用RAC风险评价矩阵和灰色斜率关联度相结合的方法评价关键风险因素并进行风险分类，最后基于研究结果制定其全寿命周期的风险管理方案，最终达到规定的赔付率目标，为保险公司稳定电梯责任险的经营提供参考。

Taking the elevator liability insurance as the breakthrough point, the risk of the whole life cycle of the elevator liability insurance are researched. Firstly, the supply chain risk analysis method is used to study the risk correlation. Secondly, combining the RAC risk assessment matrix and gray slope correlation degree, the key risk factors and risk classification is evaluated. Finally, the risk management solutions of the whole life cycle based on the research findings is developed, achieving the provisions of compensation payment rate target and providing reference for the insurance company.
