摘要
目的观察一种常压低温等离子体装置对玻璃表面的消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对自制常压低温等离子体消毒装置杀灭玻璃表面污染菌的效果进行评价。结果经该常压低温等离子体装置消毒处理2、5、10和20 s,对紧贴在等离子体反应器玻片上污染的金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值分别为2.87、4.00、4.30和5.74;作用5 s,对玻片上白色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值依次为4.00、3.40和3.60。该常压低温等离子体装置杀菌效果随着作用距离的增加或染菌量的增加,均有所下降。结论该常压低温等离子体消毒装置能快速杀灭玻璃片表面的细菌繁殖体,作用距离和染菌量直接影响其杀菌效果。
Objective To observe glass surface disinfection efficiency by an atmospheric pressure non- thermal plasma( APNP). Methods Carrier quantitative bactericidal test method was used to evaluate glass surface disinfection efficiency by a home- made plasma system. Results After 2 s,5 s,10 s and 20 s plasma treatment of glass slides with contaminated Staphylococcus aureus,the killing logarithm values of 2. 87、4. 00、4. 30 and 5. 74 were obtained respectively. For 5 s plasma treatment of Staphylococcus albus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,the killing logarithm values of 4. 00、3. 40 and 3. 60 were observed respectively. Disinfection efficiency was decreased via enlarged treatment distance or increased initial bacterial cell density. Conclusion The contaminated bacteria on glass surface can be rapidly and efficiently disinfected by present APNP. Treatment distance and initial bacteria density can affect disinfection efficiency.
