一种复方外科手消毒液消毒效果及毒性观察

Research on germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a compound hand antiseptic solution

目的观察一种复方外科手消毒液的杀菌性能及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该手消毒液进行实验室和现场消毒试验研究。结果该复方外科手消毒液原液含双烷基二甲基氯化铵2 400mg/L和聚六亚甲基双胍3 500 mg/L。以其原液作用1.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00,对悬液内的白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值>4.00。对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>5 000mg/(kg·bw),属实际无毒;多次完整皮肤刺激试验属轻刺激性;急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性。结论该复方外科手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌有较好的杀灭效果,属实际无毒级,对皮肤和黏膜均在安全范围内。

Objective To investigate the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a compound hand antiseptic solution. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to carry out laboratory and field observation. Results The compound hand antiseptic solution contains 2 400 mg / L dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and 3 500 mg / L PHMB.The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the compound hand antiseptic solution for 1. 5 min were all above 5. 00. The average killing logarithm values of Candida albicans exposed to the same solution for 1. 5 min was above 4. 00. The LD50 of white mouse acute toxicity test was above 5 000 mg /（ kg·bw）. Multiple integrity skin stimulation test showed mild irritating to rabbit skin; acute eye irritation test showed non- irritating to rabbit eyes. Conclusion The compound hand antiseptic solution has good effect on killing vegetative forms of bacteria and yeasts. It belongs to nontoxic substance which is safe to the skin and mucous membrane.
