摘要
目的观察一种主要有效成分为体积分数17.2%的异丙醇和浓度2.8 g/L苄索氯铵的消毒湿巾对常用口腔修复器械及材料表面的清洁消毒效果。方法采用ATP生物荧光测定方法和细菌定量检测法,对某消毒湿巾用于口腔治疗中常用修复器材表面的清洁消毒效果进行检测与评价。结果用该消毒巾擦拭消毒后,光固化机把手有5份标本检出有菌生长,修复材料包装开口处有3份标本检出存活菌,消毒效果合格率100%。生物荧光法和细菌定量培养法检测结果基本一致。结论用该消毒湿巾对口腔常用修复器材外表面有明显消毒效果,并且可以用生物荧光法进行快速检测。
Objective To observe the disinfection and cleaning efficacy of a kind of disinfection wipes whose effective constitute was 17. 2% isopropyl alcohol and 2. 8 g / L benzethonium chloride on dental restoration equipment and material surface. Methods ATP bioluminescence assay bacterial quantitative detection methods were used to measure and evaluate the cleaning and disinfection effect. Results With the disinfection towel to wipe disinfection,5 specimens of light curing machine handle were detected bacteria growth. 3 specimens of repair materials were detected viable bacteria at the opening of the mouth. The qualify rate of disinfection effect was 100%. The results of the biological fluorescence method and the bacterial culture method were basically consistent. Conclusion The disinfectant has obvious disinfection effect by wiping dental restorative equipment surface,and ATP bioluminescence assay can be used for rapid detection.
