阿法骨化醇联合依降钙素治疗肾性骨病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Alfacalcidol Combine with Elcatonin of Treatment of Renal Osteodystrophy

目的分析阿法骨化醇与依降钙素联合治疗肾性骨病的临床效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年9月经病理认证在我院接受治疗的肾性骨病患者100例。将其分为两组,每组50例。使用阿法骨化醇联合依降钙素治疗的为观察组,单独使用阿法骨化醇治疗的为对照组。比较两组患者在临床疗效,生化指标改变,不良反应等方面的情况,对结果进行回顾性总结与分析。结果两组患者经过治疗后,骨痛,关节痛,皮肤瘙痒等症状与治疗前相比均有改善,但观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,二者具有统计学差异,(P<0.05).两组患者的血清磷和血清甲状旁腺素水平治疗前后相比出现下降的情况,血清钙水平与治疗前后相比则有提高。两组患者治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论阿法骨化醇联合依降钙素治疗肾性骨病的效果较好,能够有效缓解骨痛,关节痛,皮肤瘙痒等。

Objective To analyze the effect of alfacalcidol combine with elcatonin of treatment of renal osteodystrophy. Methods100 patients with renal sexual bone disease who underwent treatment in our hospital from 2014 August to September 2015 were selected.They were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. Using alfacalcidol combine with elcatonint as the observation group, using alfacalcido treatment as the control group. Two groups of patients in the clinical curative effect, biochemical index changes, adverse reactions were compared, the results were retrospectively summarized and analyzed. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, bone pain, joint pain, itchy skin symptoms were improved before treatment, but the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, there were statistically difference（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with serum phosphorus and serum parathyroid hormone levels were declined before treatment, serum calcium levels were improved before treatment. Two groups of patients during treatment were not appear adverse reactions. Conclusion The effect alfacalcidol combine with elcatonin is good, it can effectively relieve bone pain, joint pain, itching.
