高频振荡通气治疗近足月儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析探讨高频振荡通气治疗近足月儿呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法 2011年1月至2015年6月我院新生儿病区收治的近足月儿呼吸窘迫综合征共75例,作为此次试验的临床研究对象,并以随机分组对照组以及治疗组,对照组37例患儿接受常频机械通气呼吸机治疗,治疗组38例患儿则接受高频振荡通气呼吸机治疗,治疗后比较患儿上机时间,住院天数及出现并发症(肺部感染、气漏、肺出血、持续性肺动脉高压等)的例数。结果两组患儿三项指标水平上对照组患儿明显不及治疗组;以上各项数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用说明高频振荡通气治疗近足月儿呼吸衰竭可以缩短上机时间、减少住院时间、减少并发症的发生。 Objective To analyze clinical effect of high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of nearly full term infants with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 75 infants with respiratory distress syndrome who hospitalized in neonatal ward of our hospital from January 2011 to June 2011, were chosen as objects of clinical studies. All cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 37 cases at control group were treated with normal frequency mechanical ventilation therapy, while 38 cases at treatment group were treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation therapy. Time of therapy, hospitalization during time and complications(including lung infection, gas leakage, pulmonary hemorrhage, persistent pulmonary hypertension, etc.) in all cases were compared after treatment. Results The levels of above three indicators in the control group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group; The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It shows that high frequency oscillatory ventilation can shorten time of therapy, hospital during time and reduce the occurrence of complications.
