Study of High-efficiency Mining Technology with Stage Full-hole Blasting

摘要 针对我国部分有色金属矿山矿床走向长度与延展深度有限,同时生产矿块数受到限制,导致产能受到极大制约,或多中生产运营维护成本、管理难度、安全风险增加等问题,试验成功运用了阶段全孔落矿高效回采技术,通过采用全孔耦合装药、阶段全孔一次落矿,边界空孔减震、V型孔间微差爆破等技术手段,使采场生产能力达到1500t/d以上,实现了安全高效回采。 The limited length and depth of deposit and the restricted production of ore blocks in parts of domestic nonferrous mines, led to the many problems including greatly restricted production capacity, as well as the increase of operational and maintenance cost, management difficulties and security risk. According to above situation, the high-efficiency mining technology with stage full-hole blasting was success- fully carried out, which adopted full aperture coupling charge, whole-hole ore dropping out at a time, controlled blasting technology of decouple with boundary empty holes and V-shaped differential blasting between holes. The production capacity reached 1500 t/d after using this technoloy, achieving safe and efficient mining.
