井下竖向深孔逐孔等值微差爆破技术研究及应用 被引量:2

Research and Application on Sequenced and Equivalent Millisecond Blasting Technology of Vertical Long Hole in Underground Mine

摘要 为解决地下矿山大直径深孔爆破存在的采场爆破效率和生产能力低、爆破振动大、大块率高、作业工序复杂等问题,将竖向深孔逐孔等值微差爆破技术引入地下矿山,应用于安徽某铁矿-200m中段2017#采场,成功将整个采场矿石分3次崩落,炸药单耗为0.31kg/t,大块率为2.65%。该项技术成果可在安庆铜矿、冬瓜山铜矿、安徽草楼铁矿等类似矿山推广使用。 To solve the problems including low blasting effi- ciency, low production capacity, large vibration scale, high blasting boulder yield and complex process existing in the large diameter long hole mining technology, the sequenced and equivalent millisecond blasting technology of vertical long hole was proposed in underground mines. And the engineering practice was carried out in 2017^# stope of -200 m stage in an iron mine. The whole stope was blasted by three times, the unit volume consumption was 0.31 kg/t and blasting boulder yield was 2.65%. Achievements of this research can be spread to Anqing cooper mine, Dongguashan cooper mine and Caolou iron mine.
