硫酸氢钠催化合成丁酸异戊酯

Synthesis of isoamyl butyrate catalyzed by sodium bisulfate

以硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,正丁酸与异戊醇为原料合成了丁酸异戊酯。最佳合成条件 :以 0 .2 mol正丁酸为基准 ,醇酸摩尔比 1.2 ,甲苯 15 m L ,催化剂用量 2 .0 g,反应时间 3 0 min,酯收率达 96.84%。

By using sodium bisulfate as the catalyst, butyric acid and isoamyl alcohol reacted to form isoamyl butyrate. The optimized conditions using 0.2 mol of butyric acid are as following: molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to butyric acid is 1.2, toluene is 15 mL, mass of catalyst is 2.0 g and the reaction time is 30 min. The yield of isoamyl butyrate could reach 96.84%.
