摘要
在智能制造兴起的背景下剖析设备管理的发展历程及现状问题,提出利用大数据、智能代理等技术,集成企业生产计划排程实现以预知维护为核心的新一代智能设备管理体系,满足企业对产品的大规模定制化、设备健康多样化、系统结构复杂化、决策需求动态化的发展要求,为企业提高效益、提升能力提供保障。
The paper analyzes the present situation of equipment management and problems under the background of intelligent manufacturing development. Big data,intelligent agent technology,integrating production planning schedule have been put forward to build a next generation of intelligent device management system with the core of predict maintenance. The requirements of customized products,the diversity of equipment health,the complication of system structure,the dynamic of decision-making can be satisfied by the intelligent device management system. This provides protection for enterprises improving efficiency and enhancing the ability.
