血府逐瘀胶囊联合脑苷肌肽治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin in treatment of vascular dementia

目的探讨血府逐瘀胶囊联合脑苷肌肽治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2014年12月衡水市第二人民医院收治的血管性痴呆患者220例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各110例。对照组静脉滴注脑苷肌肽注射液,10 m L/次加生理盐水250 m L,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上口服血府逐瘀胶囊,6粒/次,2次/d。两组患者均连续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组心理状况检验量表(MMSE)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分的变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为88.18%、97.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MMSE评分、ADL评分均显著升高,NIHSS评分显著降低,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组MMSE评分、ADL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊联合脑苷肌肽注射液治疗血管性痴呆具有较好的临床疗效,可改善患者的认知功能和日常活动能力,降低神经功能缺损程度,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin in treatment of vascular dementia. Methods Patients（220 cases） with vascular dementia in the Second People＇s Hospital of Hengshui from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 110 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection, 10 m L/time added into normal saline 250 m L, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of MMSE score, NIHSS score, and ADL score in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 88.18% and 97.27%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, MMSE score and ADL score in two groups were significantly elevated, and NIHSS scores were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, MMSE score and ADL score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin has clinical curative effect in treatment of vascular dementia, and can improve cognitive function and daily activity ability, also can reduce the nerve function defect degree, which has a certain clinical application value.
