手术治疗口腔内科疾病和常规治疗临床效果对比

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Surgical Treatment of Oral Diseases and Routine Treatment in Patients with Oral Diseases

目的观察探讨手术治疗和常规治疗在口腔内科疾病治疗中的临床效果,为临床治疗口腔疾病提供更多参考。方法选取2013年5月-2015年5月收治的口腔疾病患者180例,随机分为对照组和观察组(每组90例),对照组病人给予常规药物治疗,观察组给予手术治疗。最后比较分析两组患者护理满意度以及临床效果等指标。结果在患者护理满意度方面,对照组为77.7%,观察组为96.7%,对照组明显低于观察组(χ2=8.245,P<0.05);在恢复率方面,对照组为80.0%(72/90),观察组为97.8%(88/90),观察组明显优于对照组,两组差异显著具有统计学意义(χ2=4.635,P<0.05)。结论手术治疗口腔内科疾病相对于常规药物来说,效果更加显著,可以明显提高患者恢复率以及护理满意度,具有极高的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment and conventional therapy in the treatment of oral diseases in Department of internal medicine,to provide more reference for clinical treatment of oral diseases.Methods During the period from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital 180 cases of patients with oral diseases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group（ n = 90 cases）,control group patients were given routine drug treatment,the observation group was given surgical treatment. Finally,comparative analysis of two groups of patients nursing satisfaction index and clinical effects. Results In the nursing satisfaction of patients,the control group was 77. 7%,96. 7% in the observation group,the control group was significantly lower than the observation group（ χ^2= 8. 245,P〈0. 05） in the recovery rate; the control group was 80%（ 72 /90）,the observation group was 97. 8%（ 88 /90）,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups was statistically significant（ χ^2= 4. 635,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The surgical treatment of oral diseases in Department of internal medicine. For conventional drugs,the effect is more significant,can significantly improve the recovery rate of patients and nursing satisfaction,with a high clinical value.
