2014年-2015年沈阳市康平县桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染监测分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染监测结果,为保证桶装饮用水的水质安全提供科学管理依据。方法随机抽取2014年~2015年沈阳市康平县200份桶装饮用水,其中120份为饮用纯净水,45份为饮用矿物质水,35份为饮用天然矿泉水,对200份桶装饮用水的资料进行分析,结合处理方式的不同将其分为两组,一组(88份)为经过饮水机处理,另一组(112份)为未经过饮水机处理。按照国家相关标准对200份桶装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌进行检测。观察分析200份桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的检测结果。结果对200份桶装饮用水进行铜绿假单胞菌检测发现,总共有60份(30.00%)检出铜绿假单胞菌,其中饮用纯净水铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为23.33%,饮用矿物质水铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为57.78%,饮用天然矿泉水铜绿假单胞菌的检出率为17.14%;200份桶装饮用水中细菌总数的不合格率为39.50%,大肠菌群的不合格率为14.50%,将铜绿假单胞菌的检出率和细菌总数的不合格率进行统计分析可知,组间无差异,P〉0.05;将铜绿假单胞菌的检出率和大肠菌群的不合格率进行统计分析可知,组间存在差异,P〈0.05;同时研究发现,经过饮水机处理的桶装饮用水铜绿假单胞菌检出率为45.45%,显著高于未经过饮水机处理的桶装饮用水(17.86%),组间比较结果存在差异,P〈0.05。结论 2014年-2015年沈阳市康平县桶装饮用水中存在铜绿假单胞菌污染现象,为保证水质安全以及保障消费者的生命健康,相关部门应加强对桶装饮用水水质的监督管理。 Objective To analyze Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination monitoring results of bottled drinking water,in order to ensure the quality and safety of barreled drinking water,and to provide scientific basis for management.Methods 200 samples of bottled drinking water was randomly selected in Kangping County from 2014 to 2015,among them,120 samples with the pure water for drinking,45 samples with mineral water for drinking,and 35 samples with natural mineral water for drinking. Of the 200 bottled drinking water samples were analyzed. According to the different treatment methods,these samples were divided into two groups,one group( 88 samples) was treated by drinking water machine,the other group( 112 samples) were not treated by drinking water machine. In accordance with the relevant national standards,For the detection of 200 samples of barreled drinking water in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 200 samples of barreled drinking water. The test results were analyzed. Results Test results show that a total of 60 samples( 30. 00%) were detected in Pseudomonas aeruginosa,including pure drinking water Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection rate was 23. 33%,drinking mineral water Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection rate was57. 78%,drinking natural mineral water of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria detection rate was 17. 14%. In 200 samples,the unqualified rate of the total number of bacteria was 39. 50%,the unqualified rate of coliform bacteria was14. 5%. Statistical analysis on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection rate and the total number of bacteria of the unqualified rate showed that,there were no differences between the groups( P〉0. 05); statistical analysis on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection rate and coliform unqualified rate,weknow that,there was significant difference between group,P〈0. 05). The study also found that,Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria detection rate of bottled drinking water through drinking water machine processing is 45. 45%,significantly higher than that without drinking water machine processing of bottled drinking water( 17. 86%),there were significant differences between groups,P〈0. 05. Conclusions During the period from 2014 to 2015,Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination phenomenon of bottled drinking water exists in Kangping County,in order to ensure the water quality safety and protect consumers health,relevant agencies shall strengthen the supervision and management of drinking water quality.
