芪防鼻敏颗粒对变应性鼻炎大鼠行为学与组织病理学的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨芪防鼻敏颗粒对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠行为学、鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)及鼻黏膜组织病理学的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、氯雷他定组(1.7 mg·kg^(-1))、鼻炎康组(0.6 g·kg^(-1))和芪防鼻敏颗粒高(4.6 g·kg^(-1))、中(2.3 g·kg^(-1)),低(1.15 g·kg^(-1))剂量组。采用卵清蛋白(OVA)制备AR大鼠模型,模型建立成功后,灌胃给药,每日1次,连续14 d。对各组大鼠行为学症状进行评分,检测鼻腔分泌物EOS含量,观察鼻黏膜组织病理学变化。结果:与模型组相比,芪防鼻敏颗粒各剂量组行为学评分明显降低(P<0.01),鼻腔分泌物EOS浸润明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。组织病理学结果显示,芪防鼻敏颗粒各剂量组黏膜上皮基本完好,部分可见腺体增生,血管轻度充血,少量EOS浸润,与模型组比较,病理评分显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:芪防鼻敏颗粒可降低AR大鼠行为学评分,减轻鼻腔分泌物EOS浸润,改善大鼠鼻黏膜组织病理学,对AR大鼠起到一定的治疗作用。 Objective: To research the effects of Qifang Bimin particle on the behavior, eosinophils (EOS)in nasal secretion and nasal mueosa pathological histology of rats with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, Biyankang group (0.6 g·kg^-1), loratadine group ( 1.7 mg·kg^-1 ), and high dose group (4.6g·kg^-1), middle dose group (2.3 g·kg^-1 ) and low dose group( 1.15 g·kg^-1) of Qifang Bimin particle. AR rat model was induced by ovalbumain (OVA). After the model was successfully established, the animals were administered continuously for 14 days, once a day. The behavior symptoms were scored, the content of EOS was detected and the pathological changes in the nasal mucosa were observed. Resuits: Compared with those in the model group, the behavior scores and the content of EOS in the nasal secretion of Qifang Bimin particle groups significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Qifang Bimin particle groups had no exposure-related nasal lesion partly with gland hyperplasia, congestion of blood vessel and EOS infiltration, and the pathological scores were notable lower than that of the model group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Qffang Bimin particle can improve the behavior of rats with AR, and relieve the nasal mucosa pathological changes.
