不同制备工艺玉屏风散对过敏性鼻炎大鼠作用的对比研究

Efficacy Comparison of Yupingfeng Powder Prepared by Different Preparation Technology on Allergic Rhinitis

目的:比较不同工艺提取的玉屏风散对过敏性鼻炎(AR)的治疗效果,探讨临床应用该方治疗AR的可能药效物质和合理的提取工艺。方法:用4种不同工艺提取的玉屏风散,治疗过敏性鼻炎大鼠。观察其过敏症状并计分;实验结束后,取血用ELASA法检测血清中Ig E的含量,取鼻中隔组织行HE染色观察病理改变。结果:与模型组大鼠比较,各工艺提取物组大鼠行为学评分均降低且有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清中OVA-s Ig E的浓度OD值均降低且有统计学意义(P<0.05),各工艺组病理改变均有不同程度改善。结论:玉屏风散中除白术挥发油、防风挥发油及多糖可抑制过敏性鼻炎,三味药混煎产生的新物质基础也有抑制作用。

Objective： To compare the efficacy of Yupingfeng powder prepared by different extraction process on allergic rhinitis （AR） to investigate its possible active substances and reasonable extraction process for the therapy of AR. Methods： The AR rats were treated with Yupingfeng powder prepared by four extraction processes, and the allergy symptoms were observed by scoring. After the experiment, the serum IgE levels were detected by an ELASA method and the pathological changes of the nasal tissue stained by HE in rats were observed. Results： Compared with those in the model group, the behavior scores in all the Yupingfeng powder groups were decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05 ）, the serum IgE levels were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the pathological changes were improved in varying degrees. Cbnclusion： The new substances produced from the three materials in the prescription can inhibit AR symptoms besides volatile oil of atractylodes, volatile oil of divaricate saposhnikovia root and polysaccharide.
