创业导向、创业警觉性与企业成长关系研究

作为一种独特的心智模式,创业导向在很大程度上影响着企业成长历程。本研究着重探讨了在中国转型时期创业导向对企业成长的影响,并基于创业者个体视角提出了创业导向对于企业成长影响的中间路径,探讨了环境要素对这一路径的影响。为检验该理论框架,本研究选择创业活动活跃省份收集数据并进行假设检验。实证结果表明:创业导向对企业成长具有正向影响,这种影响可以通过创业者警觉性得到解释,创业导向通过影响警觉性水平,充分发挥了创业者的个体优势从而加速了企业的成长,即创业警觉性在创业导向和企业成长之间起到了中介的作用;文化及社会规范调节了创业警觉性和企业成长之间的关系,即区域的文化及社会规范偏好越高,创业警觉性对企业成长的促进作用就越明显。本研究结论能够丰富创业导向以及创业情境相关理论,为创业型企业应对动荡的外部环境和持续性成长提供了指导性思路。本文最后提出了未来的研究方向。

Entrepreneurial orientation, which is a unique mental mode, affects firm growth greatly. Based on the view of individual entrepreneurs, this paper focuses on the transformation period of entrepreneurial orientation on firm growth effect in China, put forward the mediator path of entrepreneurial orientation on the growth of enterprises, and explores the effects of environmental factors. To test the hypotheses proposed, valid samples were collected from several provinces or cities. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive influence on firm growth which can be explained from entrepreneurial alertness. The results also indicate entrepreneurial orientation has influence on the level of alertness, which motives the individual＇s ad- vantage so as to accelerate the growth of the firm. Entrepreneurial alertness mediates the relationship between them. The study also shows that cultural and social norms can strengthen the positive influence between entrepreneurial alertness and firm growth. This study enriches theories of entrepreneurial orientation and provides a guide for the development of entrepreneurial firms. The last part focuses on the limitations of the study and the direction for future researches.
