摘要
高校教师专业自主发展是我国高等教育转型发展迫切需要解决的问题。当前高校教师专业自主发展有三种典型模式:教师自我个体行动模式、外部制度引领模式和教师组织支持模式。进一步提升我国高校教师专业自主发展的能力和水平需要从三个方面进行努力:一是发挥高校教师的主体能动性,提升高校教师自我专业发展能力;二是优化制度设计,实现制度管理和人文管理相结合;三是建立高校教师专业学习社群,提高组织支持的成效。
The college teachers' professional independent is urgent need to restructuring and developing of higher education. Current college teachers' professional independent development have three typical modes:individual teachers' self-action mode,the external system leading mode and the teachers' organizations supporting mode mode. Further enhance the ability and level of college teachers' professional independent development need some efforts from three aspects:firstly,playing the subjective initiative of college teachers,improving college teachers' professional self- development capacity;secondly,optimizing system design, integrating system management with human management;thirdly,the establishment of college teachers' professional learning communities,improving the effectiveness of organizational support.
