我国职业教育人力资本与产业结构优化升级关系的实证分析

Relationship between Human Capital of China's Vocational Education and Industrial Structure Optimization and Upgrading

通过因子分析和曲线回归分析相结合的方法,对2000-2014年我国职业教育人力资本与产业结构优化升级的相关性进行实证分析,结果显示:职业教育人力资本和产业结构优化升级之间存在显著的正相关关系,且两者的变动总体上趋于一致,说明技术技能型人才对产业结构优化升级的贡献比较显著。因此,要加快职业教育的改革与发展,促进职业教育人力资本和产业结构升级相互适应,为我国产业结构优化升级提供人力保障。

In this paper,curve regression analysis method and factor analysis are combined to study the corelation of Chinese vocational education human capital and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure from 2000 -2014.h was found that there was obvious positive relation between the two and the change of the both was almost in accordance.It indicate that the contribution of tech-skilled personnels are obviously favorite for the industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Therefor it is necessary to quicken the development and reform of vocational education,promote the mutual adaption of vocational education human capital upgradi and the optimization and ng of industrial structure. upgrading of industrial structure and provide needed manpower for the
