摘要
合成了 2 -氨基 -5 -巯基 -1 ,3 ,4-噻二唑缩 2 ,4-二羟基苯甲醛及其与 Cu( ) ,Co( ) ,Zn( )的配合物 ,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、IR及其电子光谱对其组成和结构进行了表征。活性实验表明 ,配合物均对超氧离子有一定的抑制效果。
A new Schiff base ligand was synthesized by condensating 2 amino 5 mercapto 1,3,4 thiadiazole and 2,4 dihydroxybenzaldehyde. The compositions and structures of the ligand and its complexes of Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) or Zn(Ⅱ) have been characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectrum and electronic absorption spectrum. Their free radical inhibition rates to O ·- 2 have also been tested. The results showed that all of the complexes displayed significant activities and the copper(Ⅱ) complexe showed the best inhibitive effect.
