摘要
据笔者调研,学生学习电子文件管理课程的"痛点"在于相关的概念、理论较为抽象,且学生自身缺乏学习兴趣。对此,笔者在教学中从知识组织方式、课堂组织形式、教学方式和课程考核方式4个方面展开了改革。统计表明,改革实施3年以来,学生成绩、课程满意度、学生的学习兴趣和综合素质连年提高。未来计划继续从打造精品慕课、开设实训课程和建立反馈渠道等方面推进改革的继续深入。
According to the author's investigation, the pain points of learning electronic records man- agement are the abstraction of the concepts and theories and the lacking of interest. In this respect, the author made reforms in the way of knowledge organization, the form of classroom organization, the method of teaching and the mode of assessment. Statistics showed that the students' achievement, satisfaction of the course, learning interest and integrative quality had witnessed constant increases since the reform had been carried out 3 years ago. In the future, turning the course into an excellent MOOC, offering a practi- cal training course and setting up feedback channels will be the focus of deepening the reform
